Why these answers come from the edge
Every reading here is taken at the network edge rather than on your machine, and that is the point. Your operating system knows your LAN address; it does not know which datacenter terminated your TLS handshake, which network your traffic exited from, or what country a geolocation database has assigned to that address. When a site blocks you, rate-limits you or serves the wrong currency, this is the data it acted on.
They are diagnostics, not verdicts. A geolocation lookup can be hundreds of kilometres out, a bot score reflects heuristics rather than intent, and a proxy check infers routing from mismatches between what the edge observes and what your browser reports. Read them as evidence to correlate, not as one authoritative answer.
How to choose a Network tool
Pick by the symptom you are chasing.
Start with the IP / Geo Inspector. The location a site guessed is the location shown there.
Run the Edge Latency Test for round-trip time, jitter and which datacenter is serving you.
Check Bot Detection, then VPN / Proxy. A flagged score and a detected proxy have different fixes.
